Chopped onion-1/2 cup
Chopped curryleaves and coriander leaves
Sambar powder-1/2 tsp
salt
oil
mustard seeds ,urad dal for seasoning
METHOD
Beat the egg with salt ,sambar powder and 1 tsp milk.
Season the items and saute the chopped onion,curryleaves and coriander leaves.
Let it cool and add in egg.
Take the seasoning laddle(talipu kuli-karandi),apply oil(1/2 tsp).
pour a laddle of egg mixture and spray oil on top.
Let it cook in low flame.
Turn the side and cook till golden brown.
The texture will be very soft in center and crispy golden brown on top.
VARIATION:Can add chopped semicooked vegetables,grated paneer,cheese and as per your choice.
VARIATION:With the same mixture,try to cover the kids by preparing EGG PANIYAARAM with the paniyara stone,EGG APPAM with the kadai.
