ICE CREAM BALLS




Ingredients

Vanilla icecream-1 cup
Chopped nuts-2 tbsp
White sesame-1/4 cup
Honey- 2 tbsp
Bread-5 slices
Cornflour-1 tbsp
Oil+ghee to fry

Method
Mix the icecream with nuts and set in fridge.

Dissolve cornflour with water to a solution.

Heat the ghee+oil.

Cut the edges of bread.
Keep some icecream in center and cover.

Dip the ball in cornflour solution and marinate in sesame.

Deep fry in oil with medium flame till golden brown.

Spread honey on fried balls and serve immediately.

Tips:sesame is rich in iron and good for health.
Instead of sesame crushed nuts or desicatted coconut can be marinated.

Other options for stuffing:

Can use chocolate icecream with chopped chocolates .
In case of pineapple icecream ,add chopped pineapples.
In case of strawberry icecream,add chopped strawberries.





KAJU GULAB

Ingredients
Vanilla icecream-1 cup
Gulkhand-1 tbsp
Fried cashew nuts-1 tsp
Fresh cherry-1

Method
Take the serving cup.
Put some icecream,put the gulkhand and remaining icecream on top.
Sprinkle nuts.
Garnish with cherry and serve.

APPLE SURPRISE

Ingredients
Apple-1
Dry fruits(cashew,raisins,badam,walnuts,etc)-50 gms
Dates-10
Maida-1/2 cup
Salt-a pinch
Sugar-2 tsp

Ghee+oil- to deep fry



Method
Dissolve maida,salt and sugar with water to bajji batter consistency.

Mix the finely chopped nuts with dates.

Cut the apple to circle slices.
The slices are again moulded (cut) to star,circle,etc shapes using mould or cutter.

Now take 2 pieces of stars and prepare a sandwitch stuffing the nuts and dates.

Dip the sandwitch in maida batter and deep fry in ghee+ oil.


Tips:always add 1 tbsp of ghee with oil while frying for sweets.





BREAD PIZZA

Ingredients

Multi cereals,grains bread-4 slices
Mozarolla cheese-1 pkt
Pizza sauce or tomato ketch up-4 tbsp
Butter-1 tbsp
Chopped garlic-1/2 tsp
Chopped onion,tomato,capsicum,mushroom,paneer,babycorn(optional)

Method

Cut the edges of bread and make round shape.
Slightly roast the bread with butter on both sides.

Sauté all the vegetables and garlic with little butter for 2 mts.

On the bread,apply sauce,sprinkle some grated cheese,spread the vegetables.
Again sprinkle some cheese .

Keep this bread pizza in microwave oven for 2 mts till the cheese melts.
In case of stove ,keep on tawa and close with lid.leave for 2 mts with LOWER flame.
