1.SWEET BREAD BALLS

Ingredients

Wheat bread or milk bread-5
Palkova-1 cup
chopped dry fruits-2 tbsp
Ghee and oil to fry

Method

Mix palkova and dryfruits together.
Do balls.

Dip the bread in water and squeeze it.
keep the sweet ball in center and cover well.

Deep fry in oil+ghee till golden brown.

cut to half and serve.

OPTION: CAN USE SUGARLESS KHOYA INSTEAD OF KHOYA WITH SUGAR.

IF U USE BALLS WITH SUGARLESS KHOYA,DIP THE FRIED BALLS IN SUGAR SYRUP AND ARRANGE OUT WITH CHERRY ON TOP.


NOTE: THIS RECEIPE IS HEALTHY TO KIDS AS WE ADD BADAM,CASHEW AND ALL DRY FRUITS.



2.STUFFED DATES CHOCOLATE

Ingredients
Dates(whole)-20
Chocolate bar-1
Cashew nuts-10
Badam-15
Badam essence-2 drops
Sugar powder-2 tbsp
Ghee-2 tsp(option)

Method

In whole dates,take out the seeds and keep it for stuff-in.
Melt the chocolate by double boiling method.
Keep the nuts in the sun and coarsely powder it.


For stuff-in:
Mix powdered nuts,sugar powder,badam essence or if you preferred
In ghee roast the powdered nuts lightly for the raw smell goes off.
off the stove and add sugar powder,essence,mix it.


Now take some stuff-in, stuff inside the dates(seed area) and keep.
Dip all the stuffed dates in melted chocolate and arrange in a tray.
Keep in the freezer till it sets.

NOTE:
This item is very good for children because they won’t like to eat
Dates,but they eats chocolate.

This chocolate gives strength ,dates has iron,
Badam helps in brain improvement,cashew gives stamina.so each one can take one Chocolate a day.

DOUBLE BOILING METHOD:
TAKE WATER IN A PAN,BOIL IT.
KEEP THE BOWL WITH CHOCOLATE IN THE PAN WATER AND MIX TILL MELTS.


3.WHEAT LADDU

Ingredients

Dry fruits
Wheat flour-1 cup
Sugar powder-1 cup
Ghee-2 tsp
Hot ghee as per need
Elaichi and nutmeg powder-1/4 tsp

Method

Roast the flour with 2 tsp ghee till raw small goes.
Let it warm.

Add sugar powder,elaichi-nutmeg powder and finely chopped nuts.
Mix altogether.

Add hot ghee ,mix and make balls.


4.CHOCOLATE BURFI

Ingredients
Maida-1/2 cup
Milk powder-1/2 cup
Coco powder-1/4 to ½ cup
Ghee-1 cup
Sugar-1 cup

Method
On stove,dissolve sugar with water in a heavy bottom vessel.
Add all the powders and mix without lumps.
Add ghee little by little and stir well till rolling consistency.


Set in a ghee greased burfi tray.
cut and serve.


5.INSTANT PAAL PAYASAM

Ingredients

Broken rice-2 tbsp
Condensed milk-100 ml
Elaichi and saffron-1/4 tsp
Chopped nuts-1 tbsp

Method

Boil a cup of water and add rice.
Cook well.

Keep in sim and add all other ingredients.
Mix evenly and serve.

Note: broken rice-wash and dry the rice.
Just broke in mixie and keep.
You can make porridge for babies with this rice.
Since the condensed milk is made of more milk,it is very healthy for kids.
