WHEAT RAVA ADAI
Ingredients
soak:
Wheat rava-1 cup
Rice-3/4 cup
Urad dal-1/4 cup
Grind with:
curry leaves
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Pepper-1/2 tsp
Dry chilly-as per choice
Coriander leaves-1/2 cup
METHOD
Soak the rice,dal and rava seperately.
Grind all the ingredients together to a coarse batter.
Add salt.
Allow it to ferment for 2 hrs.
Make adai.
Option:can even add chopped onion to batter.
GREEN GRAM ADAI
Ingredients
Green gram-1 cup
Rice-1/2 cup
Ginger,dry chilly
salt
Curryleaves and coriander leaves
Method
Soak rice and dal.
Grind altogether to a coarse batter.
Make adai.
Option:can use raw rice to get crispy adai.
